The Tigers will be able to take turns using the cardboard boxes to build a structure and explain what they built.


The Tigers will use milk cartons and paint to stamp squares on a paper.


The Tigers  will practice identifying the number 1 in English and Spanish. They will have the opportunity to identify the number in a number search.


The Tigers will practice identifying the letter Z and it’s sound. They will have the opportunity to explore different centers. 


The Tigers will be able to experiment and find out what materials they can use to put boxes together.

The Tigers will be introduced to the letter Zz with a few examples of words that begin with the letter and watch an Olive and the Rhyme video introducing them to more words that begin with the letter Zz.  Then, the Tigers will do an art activity creating the letter Zz. 


The Tigers will get to do a number search and then complete it together to focus on number 1. They will also  practice tracing the number using stickers.



The Tigers will get to place octagons on the sheet with the Octagon shape.


The Tigers will get to practice with zippers and tracing zig-zag lines.


The Tigers will get to create a zebra with what they think it looks like and then we will create a zebra as a class to see the correct image of what a zebra looks like if their image of what the animal looks like is off.
