The Tigers will watch a video on the life cycle of a butterfly. They will then create a caterpillar using pom poms and a craft stick.


The Tigers  will practice counting 1 - 20 in English and Spanish. They will then work in different math centers.


The Tigers will practice identifying the letter O and it’s sound. They will be able to create an octopus craft .


The Tigers will be able to color a booklet on the life cycle of a butterfly. Then, the teacher will read it while the Tigers follow along.

The Tigers  will be introduced to the letter Gg with a few examples of words that begin with the letter and watch an Olive and the Rhyme video introducing them to more words that begin with the letter.  They will then trace the letter Gg with stickers.

Then, they  will get to practice tracing their numbers 1-20.


The Tigers will trace the star shape to practice drawing it. Then, they will get to play with playdough. 


The Tigers will get to practice tracing the Star on their notebooks with pencils.


The Tigers will get to do extra free play.

The Tigers will learn about the characteristics of an insect by watching a short video. We will then work together on labeling the body parts on a large drawing of an insect.


The Tigers will be able to do a movement game by throwing a cube and doing a movement of an insect.


The Tigers  will practice identifying the number 19 in English and Spanish. They will have the opportunity to identify the number in a number search.


The Tigers will practice identifying the letter D and it’s sound. They will have the opportunity to explore different 

centers.


The Tigers will review the characteristics of an insect. They will then work on identifying and labeling the body parts on a worksheet.
