Small Groups	As the class, we will create a KWL chart and talk about what we know about bread. We will create a word wall of different types of bread.	The Tigers will be able to use unifix cubes and paint to make a collage.	The Tigers  will practice identifying the number 4 in English and Spanish. They will have the opportunity to identify the number in a number search.	The Tigers will practice identifying the letter Y and it’s sound. They will have the opportunity to explore different  centers.	The Tigers will survey the teachers and the Lions to find out what is their favorite bread from a list. We will then create a graph from the results.

Small Groups	The Tigers will be introduced to the letter Y with a few examples of words that begin with the letter and watch an Olive and the Rhyme video introducing them to more words that begin with the letter.  They will then trace the letter Y with stickers.	The Tigers will get to do a number search and  complete it together to focus on number 4. They will do a scavenger hunt and look for 4 yellow items.	The Tigers review the characteristics of a square. They will cut pieces of paper and glue them to create a collage of a square.	The Tigers will be able to explore with puzzles that focus on matching uppercase and lowercase letters.	The Tigers will be able to participate in a germs experiment using bread.

Small Groups	The Tigers will be able to use their imagination and think of a way that a box could be used. They will then draw their idea on a writing prompt worksheet.	The Tigers will be able to create lovebugs to decorate our bulletin board.	The Tigers  will practice identifying the number 3 in English and Spanish. They will have the opportunity to identify the number in a number search.	The Tigers will practice identifying the letter V and it’s sound. They will have the opportunity to explore different  centers.	The Tigers will be able to identify a triangle from an assortment of shapes and sort it in the appropriate column.

The Tigers will get to do a number search and  complete it together to focus on number 3. They will also  practice tracing the number using stickers.	The Tigers will be able to create a triangle collage by gluing different sized triangles.	The Tigers will be able to explore with puzzles that focus on matching uppercase and lowercase letters.	The Tigers will be able to participate in creating a volcano using baking soda and vinegar.

Small Groups	The Tigers will be able to take turns using the cardboard boxes to build a structure and explain what they built.	The Tigers will use milk cartons and paint to stamp squares on a paper.	The Tigers  will practice identifying the number 1 in English and Spanish. They will have the opportunity to identify the number in a number search.	The Tigers will practice identifying the letter Z and it’s sound. They will have the opportunity to explore different centers.	The Tigers will be able to experiment and find out what materials they can use to put boxes together.

Small Groups	The Tigers will be introduced to the letter Zz with a few examples of words that begin with the letter and watch an Olive and the Rhyme video introducing them to more words that begin with the letter Zz.  Then, the Tigers will do an art activity creating the letter Zz.	The Tigers will get to do a number search and then complete it together to focus on number 1. They will also  practice tracing the number using stickers.	The Tigers will get to place octagons on the sheet with the Octagon shape.	The Tigers will get to practice with zippers and tracing zig-zag lines.	The Tigers will get to create a zebra with what they think it looks like and then we will create a zebra as a class to see the correct image of what a zebra looks like if their image of what the animal looks like is off.
